We pride ourselves in “exceeding expectations at all costs.” We are looking to hire a Sales & Service Representative (Chimney Outfitter) to join the CMO team. Responsibilities for Chimney Outfitter

  • Adhere to CMO’s mission, vision, and core values
  • Follow a proven sales process and methodology
  • Listen actively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Track all sales and service activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating accounts regularly
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure customer receives the best experience possible
  • Meet regularly with Sales Manager to review performance
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet monthly and yearly sales and production goals
  • Obtain and maintain Certified Chimney Sweep and applicable Gas Technician Certifications
  • Manage a minimum of 8-10 sales leads per week
  • Effectively diagnose/trouble shoot and repair gas appliances such as vented and ventless gas logs.
  • Effectively sweep, diagnose, and trouble shoot both wood-burning and gas fireplaces to determine necessary repairs.
  • Possess working knowledge of electricity, circuits, and how to run wiring.

Qualifications for Chimney Outfitter

  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be CSIA Chimney Sweep certified or be able to gain the certification within 90-120 days of starting position
  • Background in Plumbing/HVAC/Appliance Repair preferred
  • Sales Experience preferred
  • Comfortable navigating roofs of all pitches and heights
  • Working knowledge of various aspects of the Trades
  • Proficient in use of iOS and other Apple Products
  • Working knowledge of or quick study in Service Titan CRM
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Pass Background Check
